7:00 a.m.: As I draw the curtain in my room of the hotel in Val Senales/Schnalstal, a picturesque world opens up to me.
7:15 a.m.: It gradually gets lighter. The first contours of the impressive mountains appear on the horizon. The sky is painted in rich tones of orange and red. The sun rises. It’s breath-taking.
8:00 a.m.: The pleasant aroma of freshly brewed coffee whirls through the hotel in Val Senales/Schnalstal. It’s time to get up and enjoy the rich breakfast.
9:00 a.m.: The slopes are calling. There’s no holding back. Being the first to ski across the freshly prepared slopes is an extraordinary experience.
12:30 p.m.: Hunger strikes. Luckily, at the self-service restaurant in the hotel directly on the slopes in South Tyrol, food is served in minutes.
2:00 p.m.: After an extended break on the panoramic terrace of the hotel in Val Senales/Schnalstal, it’s time to get back to the slopes!
4:30 p.m.: The lifts are closed now. Silence returns and I can enjoy the magnificent natural spectacle once again during my active holiday in South Tyrol – the sunset.
5:30 p.m.: After a pleasant sauna session, I retire to my room. I enjoy the pure silence that reigns here at 3,212 metres and sink my teeth into a good book.
7:00 p.m.: Dinner is served. An excellent 4-course menu awaits me in the restaurant.
8:30 p.m.: A special day ends with good conversation in the cosy bar. Life can be so beautiful ...
10:00 p.m.: Time for bed; but first, I take a look out the panoramic window to admire the stunning spectacle of stars in the sky.
