The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am. Of course, you can also arrive earlier or depart later. You can leave your luggage with us and change in our room.

Please note that there may be delays on the roads, especially during the winter months. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for your arrival. We recommend that you arrive in Maso Corto by 4pm at the latest to ensure that you have enough time to check in at the cable car station. The last cable car ride is at 4.30 pm.

We have a soft spot for animals and are happy to welcome your four-legged friend to our hotel. For your four-legged friends (small to medium size) we charge a surcharge of 5.00 euros per night.

You can use the Wi-Fi at our mountain hotel in South Tyrol free of charge.

Children stay with us in their parents' room at a special price.

• 7 - 13 years: 30 % discount

The fee for the car parking space in the underground car park opposite the cable car station is included in the price.

The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the agreed arrangement price. After receiving the payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

The local tax is payable throughout South Tyrol. This amounts to 1.80 euros per night and per traveller over 14 years of age. Please carry a valid travel document (identity card or passport), which is also important for the issue of your ski pass. We ask for your understanding that children can only enjoy a ski pass at a special price after presenting a travel document.

The glacier cable car runs every 15 minutes, and if there is a lot of people, it runs continuously. There is space for up to 80 people in the gondola. As our house guest you enjoy VIP status and can be the first to board the gondola.

Things can happen before the start of a trip. Please understand that we will not refund your deposit in the event of a cancellation. If you make up for your holiday within a year, the amount will be credited to you. Special conditions apply until September 2021: You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel your holiday at a later date, fail to arrive or cancel your holiday early, we will charge you 100% of the total amount of your booked time out. 

Not everything in life always goes according to plan. That is why we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

You can pay for your stay on site up to an amount of 5,000.00 euros in cash. According to the current law, higher amounts can only be paid by credit or debit card.
